Sundrop Jewelry Biography

A teenager and a giant magnifying glass capable of producing 3000°F. What could go wrong?
From melting lines in beach sand, 14-year old Sundrop Jewelry inventor Bretwood Higman progressed to glass. Years later, the four of us continue to hand-make Sundrop Jewelry, working in our backyards on sunny days by focusing that sunlight to melt old liquor bottles and stained glass. We then wrap the glass droplets in recycled silver wire to create our jewelry.
Here at Sundrop Jewelry we pride ourselves not only on our unique handmade jewelry, but also on our environmental and social consciousness. We are
transparently analyzing every aspect of our operation for it's impact, and all of our jewelry is handmade in the USA by people making a good, livable wage.
